How to book a Suite at Le Gourguillon?
You can book your Suite at the best price on the website www.mihotel.fr or by phone at 04 28 29 65 94.
Choose from our Collection of Suites for a leisure, family, romantic, or business stay. Check-in is done online, including booking your Suite and extras: breakfasts, meals, massages, and more than 10 other à la carte options.
After your payment, you will receive an information sheet for your self-check-in. Once completed, a second email containing your access codes will be sent to you.

How do I access my Suite at Gourguillon?
Your arrival is entirely self-service, thanks to the confidential codes received by email after completing your online check-in form. You can access your Suite freely, at the time that suits you.
Car tip
You can park between numbers 8 and 39 rue des Farges. In the evening, it is generally easier to find a space, but not guaranteed.
Another option: the Saint-Georges car park. From there, simply follow the Gourguillon ascent and walk up the hill to your suite (allow 15 minutes for a very strenuous walk).
By funicular
From Vieux Lyon station, take the F1 and get off at Minimes – Théâtres Romains.
Upon exiting, turn left and follow the path down to the Gourguillon ascent. Your suite is approximately a 5-minute walk away.
On foot
From Vieux Lyon station, you can choose to go directly up the famous Gourguillon climb.
It's sporty… but resolutely Lyonnais. An authentic immersion in the heart of the cobbled streets, between charm and panorama.
Can I arrive earlier at my Suite at the Gourguillon?
You can arrive earlier in your Gourguillon Suite
Subject to availability, several options are available to you:
- Early arrival from 2:30pm: settle in earlier and enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive (€30)
- Late departure until 3:30 pm the following day: take your time, without rushing (€40)
- Early arrival late departure: the ideal combination to fully enjoy your Suite, from 2:30 pm to 3 pm the following day (€65)

How does check-in and check-out work at Gourguillon?
At MiHotel, everything is designed to offer you a simple, smooth and 100% autonomous arrival and departure.
👉 Before your arrival, you will complete your check-in online. Once this is done, you will receive your personal access codes by email, allowing you to enter the building and your Suite freely, without going to reception.
🕓 Check-in: from 5pm (early arrival possible as an option).
🕛 Check-out: until 12pm the next day (late check-out possible as an option).
On the day of departure, you simply need to leave the Suite at the scheduled time: no check-in, no key to return, everything is done independently.

Do you have a parking lot in Gourguillon?
No, we do not have parking for the Suites du Gourguillon. Access is prohibited for cars from noon onwards. We recommend arriving by funicular or on foot for those who are more athletic!
Given the complex traffic situation in Lyon city centre, we recommend that you favour soft modes of transport or public transport.
What does breakfast at Gourguillon consist of?
Your homemade breakfast is delivered discreetly to your door, without disturbing you:
- Weekdays from 6:45 am to 7:45 am
- Weekends from 7:30 am to 8:30 am
Composition :

- an orange juice
- a plain yogurt
- a portion of butter
- a portion of jam
- a small fruit salad
Coffee and tea are already available in your Suite.
For the Luna Suite: breakfast will be waiting for you in the lockroom of the venue.
Can I bring my pet into the Gourguillon Suite?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any animals (even though we love them).
Failure to comply with these regulations will result in an additional cleaning fee of €100 being charged. Thank you for your understanding.
How can I view, modify, or cancel my reservation?
You can view, modify or cancel your reservation directly from the confirmation email received when finalizing your booking.
Refund conditions depend on the fare and conditions chosen at the time of booking.

Can I leave my luggage before arriving at Gourguillon?
You can leave your luggage 12 hours before your arrival and 12 hours after your departure in the lockroom provided free of charge. It is located to the right of the entrance and will allow you to store your belongings securely. Our lockers are also equipped with power outlets for charging your phones.
We accept no responsibility for the loss or theft of your personal belongings.
Do you offer special rates for business trips?
We offer preferential rates for business trips.
For meetings or extended stays, enjoy a 10% discount, valid year-round. Contact us to take advantage of this offer.
Can I smoke in my suite?
All our Suites are strictly non-smoking, in order to guarantee the comfort and quality of the experience for all our clients.
However, some Suites have an outdoor area (terrace or balcony), where smoking is permitted, provided that the premises are respected and the doors are kept closed.
Please feel free to contact us before your booking so that we can guide you towards the most suitable Suite.

Each MiHotel Suite is fully equipped for your comfort. You will find:

Is there a maximum number of occupants allowed in each Suite?
Yes. Each Suite has a maximum capacity, indicated at the time of booking, to ensure the comfort and safety of all.
⚠️ In the event of exceeding the number of authorized occupants, noted in particular via cameras located in the common areas, a fixed penalty of €200 €50 per additional person as well as their immediate eviction.

Do you accept parties in the Gourguillon Suites?
No. Parties, gatherings and events are not permitted in MiHotel Suites, in order to guarantee the tranquility of the premises and respect for the neighborhood.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fixed penalty of €200, plus €50 per additional person.
This situation will also result in the immediate eviction of all persons present and the immediate termination of the rental agreement, without refund.

Does my suite have a minibar?
Yes, your Suite is equipped with a minibar.
- A bottle of water is provided in the Luxury Suites
- A half bottle of wine is offered for all bookings made directly on our website

Are there any MiHotel Suites adapted for people with reduced mobility?
Yes.
The Suite Merveille, located at the Hôtel Particulier Gailleton in Lyon, is adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
For access and the organization of your arrival, we invite you to contact our teams in advance so that we can best assist you.
Do you have suites with kitchens?
Yes, some MiHotel Suites have a fully equipped kitchen.
Please contact our team before your stay to check which Suite allows cooking.
Use of the kitchen is possible only upon request, with the installation of a kitchen package at a cost of €15 per stay.
