The person accepting these terms acknowledges that they are of legal age and have full legal capacity.

Article 3 – General Booking Conditions, Check-in & Access to the Suites/apartments

A booking of a MiHotel Suite/apartment is considered final only once payment has been validated and the booking has been accepted by MiHotel. MiHotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions of Sale, in particular in the event of fraud, incomplete information or use of the premises contrary to their intended purpose (party, event, nuisance, breach of public order, etc.).

Booking process & receipt of access details

As soon as your payment has been validated, you automatically receive:

  • a confirmation email,
  • and/or an SMS,
  • and/or a message via the booking platform used (OTA: Airbnb, Expedia, Booking, other, etc.),

containing a link to amandatory Check-in form to be completed before your arrival.

This Check-in form is used in particular to collect:

  • your full contact details,
  • your telephone number,
  • your email address,
  • the details of your identity document and its number, for the police registration form required for check-in.

MiHotel may also request other information if necessary, in order to secure the booking and the payment.

MiHotel reserves the right to carry out any reasonable verification of identity or of the consistency of the information provided at the time of booking.

In the event of:

  • inconsistent information;

MiHotel may:

  • suspend the booking;
  • refuse access to the accommodation;
  • request additional supporting documents;
  • or cancel the booking without compensation.

IMPORTANT — Mandatory conditions for receiving your access details

Access codes to your Suite/apartment are sent subject to:

  • full validation of the payment,
  • the Check-in form being completed in full,
  • and the requested identity information being provided.

Without these, no access code can be sent.

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. An incorrect email address or telephone number may prevent the access information from being received. It is therefore the client’s responsibility to check the information sent to MiHotel and to check their inbox, including spam, junk mail and filtered messages.

Sending of access details after full payment of the booking

The day before your arrival

You receive:

On the day of your arrival

You receive a summary email and/or SMS containing:

  • the address of your Suite/apartment,

The full amount of the stay is charged at the time of booking.

Bookings via partner platforms

For any booking made via a third-party platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), certain steps and conditions may differ.

In particular, the booking must be correctly integrated and validated in MiHotel’s systems before access details are sent.

The time taken to receive arrival information may therefore vary depending on:

  • the platform used,
  • the validation of payments,
  • the correct transmission of guest information,

In certain exceptional cases, sending access details may take up to 48 hours maximum after full validation of the guest information.

MiHotel may pass on certain information about the Resident to third parties subject to the Resident’s consent, it being specified that, in the event of refusal, only the bank details will be transmitted to GUESTY PAY so that the booking can be finalised.

In any event, you have the right to object to, query, access, rectify and delete all data concerning you, which you may exercise by sending a letter, together with a copy of an identity document in your name, to MiHotel (see the Legal Notice to access a pre-filled form).

The cancellation of any clause of the Terms and Conditions shall not affect these Terms and Conditions as a whole. Placing an order implies the customer’s full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which prevail over any other conditions.

All disputes relating to the interpretation and performance of this contract shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the defendant.

Pursuant to Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer is informed that, following an unsuccessful prior attempt to resolve the dispute, they may have recourse to a mediation procedure by referring the matter to the Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris (Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre), whose contact details are as follows:

Article 30 – Photos and Presentation of the Suites/Apartments

The photographs, visuals, perspectives, ambiences, descriptions and staging presented on the Site or on partner platforms are non-contractual.

Due in particular to:

  • changes in decoration,
  • technical constraints,
  • furniture updates,
  • variations in light,
  • camera angles,
  • or the screens used by users,

the presentation of the Suites/apartments may vary slightly, without this justifying a cancellation, refund or compensation.

Article 31 – Digital Malfunctions, Platforms and Connected Access

MiHotel relies on a digital customer journey including, in particular, communication by email and text message, booking platforms, payment tools, connected locks, access codes and digital services.

The Customer acknowledges that occasional malfunctions may occur, in particular in the event of:

  • a global or local internet outage;
  • an outage, bug or interruption of a booking platform such as Airbnb, Booking.com or any other partner platform;
  • a computer bug or display error;
  • a temporary failure or malfunction of a connected lock;
  • a text message not received, delayed or blocked by the mobile operator;
  • an email not received, marked as spam, blocked or incorrectly entered by the Customer;
  • a technical problem affecting a payment, check-in, code delivery or communication tool.

These malfunctions, which are beyond MiHotel’s control, shall not give rise to any automatic cancellation, interruption of stay, indemnity, financial compensation, full or partial refund, or claim for damages.

The Customer undertakes to check their emails, spam folder, telephone details and booking information before arrival, and to contact MiHotel without delay in the event of any difficulty accessing or receiving the information required for the stay.

MiHotel will use the reasonable means at its disposal to assist the Customer and restore access or communication as quickly as possible.
