7. Information, Availability and Liability
MIH takes reasonable care to ensure that the information published is accurate and up to date. Photographs and descriptions are for illustrative purposes; the contractual characteristics of a stay are those displayed at the time of booking and set out in its confirmation.
MIH is liable only for direct damage attributable to it under the conditions provided for by law. No clause herein limits the mandatory rights of consumers or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Users remain responsible for their equipment, their connection, the confidentiality of their login details and lawful use of the website.
Links to third-party websites are provided for information purposes. MIH does not exercise permanent control over their content or practices and invites users to consult their own terms and policies.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- interfering with the operation, security or integrity of the website or its data;

Cookies that are not strictly necessary are only placed or read after a free, specific and revocable choice. Users may change this choice at any time via the “Manage my cookies” link displayed on the website.
10. Online Reviews
Where the website publishes consumer reviews, clear information must be provided close to the reviews specifying: whether or not they are checked, the main characteristics of such checks, the date of publication and of the experience, the ranking criteria, the maximum time taken to publish them and, where applicable, the reasons for refusal. MIH does not alter the meaning of any review and applies the same moderation rules to positive and negative reviews.
11. Consumer Mediation
Following a prior written complaint that has not been resolved amicably, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator to which MIH is affiliated:
CMAP — Consumer mediation
Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris • 39 avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, 75008 Paris • consommation@cmap.fr • www.cmap.fr
Referral is possible under the conditions and within the time limits provided for by the French Consumer Code.
12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Consumers retain the right to refer the matter to the territorially competent court in accordance with mandatory rules, in particular the court of their place of residence where the law so provides. For professionals, and subject to a valid clause agreed in the applicable contractual terms, the competent courts are determined in accordance with the French Code of Civil Procedure.
13. Amendments and Contact
MIH may amend this page to reflect changes to the website, its service providers or the applicable law. The enforceable version is the one available online on the date it is consulted, without prejudice to the contractual terms accepted at the time of a previous booking.
