Sunset offers more than 92 m² of light-filled living space, extended by a magnificent 46 m² terrace overlooking the infinity pool and the sea.

The spacious living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar, ideal for sharing meals after a day at the beach.

The apartment sleeps up to 6 guests across its three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have no windows, perfect for a quiet, restful night's sleep, while the main bedroom has its own shower cubicle and washbasin built directly into the room.

The large terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols and a dining area, so you can make the most of the Mediterranean climate from morning until sunset.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and also features a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, high-speed wifi and every comfort you need for a completely independent stay.

On arrival, a few thoughtful touches await you: coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets, bin bags and several essentials, so you can settle in calmly before doing your shopping.

Your arrival is entirely self-service, thanks to a secure access system.

A few days before your stay, you will receive all the information you need about your arrival, your apartment, your parking space and the residence's facilities.

Check-in is available from 5 pm and check-out is until noon.

Subject to availability, early check-in or late check-out can be booked for an additional charge.

You will be staying in the Villa Francia residence, one of the most sought-after locations in Cannes, offering a peaceful setting while remaining close to the town centre.

The beach is around ten minutes away on foot, and the historic Suquet quarter and the Croisette are quickly reached by car or public transport.

The apartment is the perfect base for enjoying Cannes, its beaches, the villages of the hinterland and the whole of the Côte d'Azur.

The apartment is located in a quiet residence that is entirely covered by video surveillance (pool and communal areas). To preserve everyone's peace and quiet, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Baby equipment, including a high chair or cot, is available for an additional charge.

We provide a few essentials (coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets, bin bags...) to make settling in easier on your first day, before you do your own shopping.

Pets are welcome for an additional charge, and the apartment is strictly non-smoking.

Please note that, occasionally, the glass door leading to the terrace may need to be closed manually. A block specially provided for this purpose is available to keep the door properly closed.
